Privacy Policy

This website is operated by EasyGuide International Limited ("EasyGuide", "we", "us"), an IATA Accredited Agent. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website and our advisory services, and how it is used.

What we collect

• Enquiries: when you send a message through the contact form, book a consultation or start the visa assessment, we store your name, contact details and what you told us — nationality, destination, visa type and the other assessment answers — so an adviser can respond and so we have a record of the conversation.
• Newsletter: subscribing stores your email address, used only to send you visa and travel updates. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
• Client accounts: if we are actively preparing your application, we create an account to track it — your name, contact details, the documents you upload and the status of each stage. This exists so you can see where your file stands; it is not a public directory.
• Payments: fees paid online are processed by our payment provider; we store the transaction reference and amount, never your full card or mobile money credentials.
• Site analytics: we measure page visits in aggregate (pages viewed, country, device type) to understand what visitors need. This is done in two ways. Our own measurement is first-party and never leaves our servers. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser and sends details of the pages you view to Google, a third party, under Google's own privacy policy. We do not sell your browsing data, and neither system records what you type into forms. You are asked once whether Google Analytics may set its cookie, and the site works identically if you refuse; to change that answer later, clear this site's data in your browser and you will be asked again.

Documents you give us for an application

Preparing a visa, study abroad or travel application means we handle identity documents, financial records and other personal papers you provide for that purpose. These are used only to prepare and submit your application, and are shared with the embassy, consulate, institution or airline your application is actually going to — never with anyone else without telling you first. We do not produce or procure documents for anyone; every document we submit on your behalf is one you gave us.

How data is protected

• Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text.
• Client accounts are scoped so each person only ever sees their own file.
• Uploaded documents are stored on a private disk, never publicly accessible by URL.
• Access to administrative systems is limited to authorised EasyGuide staff.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site (such as the payment gateway), with the embassy, institution or airline an application is actually made to, and with regulators where the law requires it.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by writing to info.easyguidetravels@yahoo.com. Records we are required to keep for a submitted application (to respond to an embassy query, for example) are kept only as long as that purpose needs.
