These terms govern your use of the EasyGuide International Limited website and the advisory services described on it. Using the site means you accept them.

The website

• Content on this site — destinations, categories, processing steps and fees — is published in good faith and kept current, but the specific terms confirmed with your adviser at assessment prevail where they differ. A published fee is not a fixed quote until an adviser confirms it against your actual case.
• Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a visa, admission or approval. Every decision on a visa, study place or travel authorisation is made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, institution or airline — never by us. Our assessment tells you honestly where you stand; it does not decide the outcome.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, probe or scan it for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, or use it to send spam.

Our services

• We prepare applications from genuine documentation only. We do not produce, procure or knowingly submit a fabricated or altered document, and we will decline an engagement that asks us to.
• As an IATA Accredited Agent we may issue airline tickets directly as part of a travel booking.
• Paid engagements are confirmed once payment is received. Because the work — document review, strategy, submission — begins immediately and third-party fees (embassy, courier, institution) are often non-refundable once paid, refunds are handled case by case; raise it with your adviser as early as possible.
• A client account, where we create one to track your application, is personal to you and the file it belongs to.

The EasyGuide International name and branding may not be used without our written permission.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, from interruptions to its availability, or from a decision made by an embassy, consulate, institution, airline or other third party on an application we have prepared honestly and accurately.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date above reflects the current version.
